T H E F R A M EAll our frames are made from Dedacciai 7005

Aluminum Tubing. A bicycle tubing leader, Dedacciai

produces tailor- made hydroformed tubing for Fulgur.

As a symbol of authenticity, the vertical tube of

each bicycle displays the Dedacciai logo under a

clear coat finish. Quality is an essential standard for

all our City, Hiking, MTB and Race frames.

We monitor every detail by welding our own frames

to create the best product possible. Each weld is

finished smooth for a flawless appearance that

carries a 10- year warranty. Frames are treated

against corrosion while internally routed cables

are sealed with aluminum fittings to preserve the

internal integrity for many years to come.

Available sizes: S, M, L, XL.

Customized sizes are available upon request.

PAINTING COMPONENTS ASSEMBLYEvery color of our high- quality

paint is applied in three separate

stages.

Each high- gloss color is smooth,

beautiful and durable.

Custom colors and logos are

available at the customer request.

The most important components

assembled on our bikes are selected

from Italian manufacturers.

The Hand Made in Italy is preserved

in every detail. Our customers are

looking for excellent products

which differs from what is available

on the market today. Some parts

are made exclusively for Fulgur.

All our e.bikes are built in our factory

based in Saronno near the outskirts

of Milan, Italy. Every single e.bike

receives a thorough inspection

before being approved for market.

T H E E N G I N ESunstar motor has over 14 years experience in electric bicycle

motors. We build all our e- bikes with 36- volt motor, that it is the

state of the art for smooth and spontaneous pedaling assistance.

EXTRA LIGHT CENTRAL MOTOR UNIT – Excellent handling

characteristics are the result of a low center of gravity and a

3,200g. motor.

INTEGRATED SENSOR AND DRIVE MECHANISM – Patent

pending; this compact unit has an integrated torque sensor,

including a speed sensor for best power assist control.

The motor unit can be operated from three different driving modes:

Normal mode, for comfortable riding

Eco mode, for maximum battery life

Turbo mode, for powerful riding.

The 3 sensors (speed, torque and pedaling) ensure a progressive

power transfer, allowing you to maintain pace even while climbing.

A high quality electric motor yields enough torque to push up to 400kg.
