• Creates a fuel savings of 15-25%

• Reduces emissions by up to 35%

• Increases engine torque by 20-30%

• Increases horsepower by 20%

Once the gasses start to flow the system generates its own power and pulls the gases from the manifold. The cat converter lights up much more efficiently and reduces emissions, however it does not interfere with catalytic converter.

The Techflo Exhaust System has been developed to give exhaust systems a new dimension in gas flow, delivering benefits for all engines, this system creates its own torsional flow to maximize fuel economy, engine performance, torque and horsepower. This system has no moving parts and is easily fitted to existing vehicles and works with any fuel- petrol, diesel or gas. The main feature is that the system creates a negative manifold pressure and allows the engine to breath much more efficiently.

EPA / EU REGULATIONSEmission regulations for non-road equipment will get stricter on schedules already set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the European Union. The accompanying chart shows how the regulations will phase in between now and 2008.

The U.S. EPA Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 standards have been harmonized with European standards to help enable free trade. Tier 1 standards are already in effect and were phased in by 2000. Tier 2 standards are in effect for some engine ranges and will continue to phase in through 2006, with Tier 3 and Tier 4 phasing in through 2015.Tier 2 and Tier 3 EPA standards and Stage II European standards may make electronic control on new engines essential to compliance.

In 2002, the California Assembly passed AB 143. This bill directed the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to establish regulations that reduce tailpipe greenhouse gas emissions.

Seventeen states have already adopted or are actively considering adopting California’s Motor vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards

as required for smooth acceleration.6. Decelerate by removing all pressure from the accelerator pedal, disengaging the gears and gently

applying brakes to bring the vehicle to a standstill.7. Idle for 10 seconds.8. Accelerate rapidly to 80 km/hr under simulated inertia, using wide open throttle, making gear changes

Both TFS and NG1 are involved in continued research and development. In the development process are other carbon cutting methods and technologies including a reusable fuel pre-cleaning filter system. Using a 5 micron stainless steel filtration system makes throw away filters obsolete. This cleaning filter will further optimize the engine’s performance and fuel economy, adding an additional 5% fuel savings.

Senior Technology Inventor: The Founder of TFS Systems has been involved with engine development for 40

years and has many inventions currently being used throughout the world today including an Electronic Ignition Box, Shark Cat Hull & Convex Keel, Quad-fin Exhaust Pipes, and G83-86 Racing Cams. His expertise in gas flow, thermal air flow, plus formula and fuel specifics and heat control is second to none. His experience with Viking Volvo racing division specializing in fuel and gas flow and also with Benneton Working on valve and head improvements is very extensive. He ranks in the top 5 tuners of motor cycles in British League racing and has a vast knowledge of fuel values and heat ranges. Through his expertise with engine systems, he assisted the rider in the Guinness Book of World Records with the most wins in speedway racing history.
