Avocados - Womb

The womb-shaped avocado takes approximately nine months to grow from blossom to ripened fruit and contains an unusually large seed ('baby') in its center. Eating avocados helps to stabilize female hormones, remove excess birth weight and prevent cervical cancer

Banana - smile

Eating a Banana will cheer you up and put a smile on your face. This popular fruit contains a protein called tryptophan, when digested it gets converted into a neurotransmitter called serotonin, which is a mood regulating chemical in the brain. Banana can be termed as an antidepressant drug, since it adjusts the level of

serotonin production in the brain.

Broccoli- cancer

Close-up, the tiny green tips on a broccoli he ad look like hundreds of cancer cells. Now scientists know this disease-busting veg can play a crucial role in preventing the disease. Last year, a team of researchers at the US National Cancer Institute found just a weekly serving of broccoli was enough to reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 45 per cent.In Britain ,

prostate cancer kills one man every hour.

Carrots - Eyes

Carrots serve an important function in our lives. They are a well known source of beta carotene in our diet especially when consumed raw. They contain vitamin A, vitamin C, flavonoids and phytochemicals which serve as antioxidants. Beta carotene helps prevent cataracts in our eyes. A sliced carrot resembles the pupil and iris in our eyes.

Celery- bones

Celery sticks contain identical amounts of sodium (23 percent) to the bones they resemble. Like calcium - which celery also contains in high amounts - sodium is essential for healthy bones

Egg plant -brain

Eggplants contain powerful antioxidants too. They help letting nutrients in and wastes out, especially in brain cells. They also help to relax blood vessels, improve blood flow and reduce cholesterol levels, particularly if taken in juice form. Even the National Diabetes Education Program, Mayo Clinic and American Diabetes Association recommend an eggplant based diet as a choice for management of type 2 diabetes.

Figs - Testicles

If avocados were designed for female health, then the testicle-shaped figs were surely designed for male health. These sweet fruits hang in pairs, are protected by a delicate skin and, when sliced, reveal thousands of stringy white seeds. Figs are known to increase sperm count and sperm mobility and can help men overcome sterility.

Grapes - Lungs

Bunched grapes closely resemble the branches of alveoli that comprise our lungs, and which allow oxygen to pass from the lungs into the bloodstream. Grapes are proven to reduce the risk of lung cancer, and the chemical proanthocyanidin - present in grape seeds - can minimize the risk of allergy-related asthma.

Grape fruit - breast

Grapefruits, Oranges, and other citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts. Kidney beans - heart

Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and are shaped exactly like the human kidneys (hence their name). Kidney beans provide a variety of minerals and vitamins, and so are generally beneficial for your health. If your kidneys are healthy, kidney beans can — when consumed as part of a balanced diet — contribute to your kidney health. If your kidneys are diseased, you might need to moderate your intake of kidney beans

Mushroom -ear

A Mushrooms when sliced in half resembles the shape of the human ear. Mushrooms improve hearing abilities, since they contain Vitamin D, which is healthy for bones, especially the 3 tiny bones in the ear that transmit sound to the brain

Olives –ovary cancer

Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries. An Italian study found that women whose diets included a lot of olive oil had a 30% lower risk of ovarian cancer. The reasons are unclear, but the healthy fats in the oil may help suppress genes

predisposed to causing cancer.

Onions -eyes

Onions look like the body’s cells. Research shows onions clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

Pomegranate – human ovaries The differences between species are obvious,

of course: fruit-ovaries disperse their seeds by being eaten, and then excreted by animals, whereas human-ovaries, remaining intact within the body, disperse their "seeds" (eggs) by way of the fallopian tubes. Observing a cross-section of the pomegranate and the human ovary, side-by-side, you can see the remarkable resemblance.

Pear –breast cancer

Pears are a good source of Vitamin C and copper, both are antioxidant nutrients that protect the body against free-radicals and aging. They’re also a good source of fiber to help regularity and lowers cholesterol levels. Fiber also binds to cancer-causing chemicals in the colon, preventing them from damaging colon cells. A study in postmenopausal women showed a 34% reduction in breast cancer risk for those consuming the most fruit fiber compared to those consuming the least.

Sweet potatoes –pancreas

Tomatoes - Heart

Like the human heart, tomatoes are red and usually contain four chambers when sliced. Walnuts - Brain

With its two hemispheres, cranium-like shell and knotted folds, the common walnut looks like the human brain on many levels - and the brain is exactly what it benefits. Walnuts are the only nut that contains large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to prevent cognitive decline since mammalian brains are composed of, and require, the exact same acids.
