ConstructionThe Front Loader Trolley is designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom. The trolley is made from mild steel, stainless steel fixings, non marking wheels and comes with a tough powder coated finish allowing it to be a robust and hard wearing construction. The trolleys design led crisp and clean appearance is built on solid foundations. Through its unique component construction every part of the trolley can be maintained or replaced if required.

BrandingWe also offer a service where logo or images can be laser cut out of the front panel to show the colour behind to enhance your brand identity. Each component can be coloured differently, or given a unique finish to match your company brand or to identify the unique use of each trolley. More importantly the Front Loader Trolley will show your clients and staff that you are an innovative and creative business through investing in good design.

Case Study For ITV Creative Offices, Greys Inn Road, London the Front Trolley was used for a new hot desking environment for the television companies creative team. A unique team logo was laser cut into each unit. Desk trays were developed to work with Apple Mac laptop computers and a special trolley parking area was created where staff members could store personal belongings and the trolley when away from the office. The logo and the look and feel of the trolley was recreated in other furniture and storage areas around the office.

Superblue Design Ltd. warrants to you, the original purchaser, that for the stated warranty term, Superblue Design Ltd. will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit the original sales receipt when making a claim.

Superblue Design Ltd. warranty period begins at the time you receive the product. If Superblue Design Ltd. determines that repair is impractical you will be furnished a substitute unit of the same design, style and quality. If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for you to promptly notify Superblue Design Ltd.

Specific Warranty Coverage

Frame, Motion Mechanisms, Castors, Handles, Locks when subjected to normal use under normal conditions, the frame, springs, and the aforementioned motion mechanisms are warranted for a limited lifetime from the time you receive the product

Warranty

The instructions for the care and maintenance of Superblue Design Ltd. products are provided to you as a service. No warranty is implied since results may vary.

To maintain the finish quality of the Superblue Design Ltd. products please follow the cleaning procedures below:

Coated Metal

For normal cleaning, wash coated metal surfaces with a soft cloth soaked in detergent and warm water; rinse thoroughly and dry.

Remove scuff marks from low-gloss coatings with pre-softened paste wax, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Remove scuff marks and scratches from high-gloss coatings using automotive polishing compounds, either liquid or paste. After polishing, apply a pre-softened automotive paste wax to restore original sheen. For assistance in determining the appropriate colour and gloss for your product contact Superblue Design Ltd.

Polished Aluminium

For normal cleaning, apply a pre-softened paste wax to polished aluminium components following the manufacturer’s instructions.

In humid atmospheres near salt water, apply the wax once a month. In other areas, apply wax every three months to maintain the appearance of the aluminium..


Finishes Care and Maintenance

Safe Use of your Moveable Trolley

Do not sit on any part of moveable boxes.

Do not slam the cover.

When loading the cabinet start with the bottom drawer and work up (reverse this when unloading)

If the cover does not close check for any obstruction.

If the trolley doesn’t move problem check that the castors are clear of any objects and that wheels turn well.

Keep the spare key in safe place and keep a note of which key goes with which moveable boxes.

Weight should be evenly distributed within the drawer. Do not exceed 16kg per drawer.


Safe Use

Payment

We accept cheque’s made payable to “Superblue Design Ltd.” and will process your order on receipt of the cheque. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. A receipt for your transaction will be sent to you in the post at the address.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange or refund in full, provided that the items are returned within 7 working days, unused and in their original condition. To do so you must notify us in writing by letter or email within those 7 working days to obtain a full refund, office furniture products must be returned in their original packaging in undamaged, unused condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Subject to your statutory rights, if the office furniture products are of a bespoke nature and have been made or altered specifically for you then they may not be returned unless they are defective or been damaged in the course of

delivery. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with the products you have purchased from us we will try to resolve the issue under the terms of the warranty as speedily as possible. We only offer products that are considered to be high quality items. All products are supported by a warranty which is normally one year from date of delivery. Each manufacturer has detailed specifics on their warranties. Your statutory rights are not affected. Second User/Slight Seconds or Ex-Display product items do not have any warranty of any kind and are sold on a sold as seen basis and are non returnable.

Changes/Corrections

Whilst we take the up most care to ensure that all information and pricing is accurate we reserve the right to change or correct any errors without prior notification.

Import Duty or Tax

Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Lead Times We quote lead times for delivery when customers place their orders. We always act with the best of intentions but in the event of those lead times being put back we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturers as they are beyond our control. We will endeavour to resolve matters in all cases to the satisfaction of the customer.
