FROM THE DESK OF MRS. LA SALLE Hail Mary, full of grace. May 21, 2019 Dear Parents: I hope all is well on this beautiful day. Field Day was a lot of fun yesterday. Many thanks to our parent volunteers for their assistance and to the Heaney family for providing ice-pops for the children. Our 7 th and 8 th Grade Girl Scout Troop completed a service project for their “Breathe Journey” by collecting plants for the middle school classrooms. The plants were donated by Glenwild Garden Center, Black Oak Farm and Plainview Growers. The girls learned all about creating better air quality and what we can do about air pollution on our planet. Cumulative Review tests for grades 2-7 will begin the first week of June. All financial obligations must be met prior to test week. The Living Rosary will be celebrated on Thursday at 1:30 pm in Church. All are welcome. The annual St. Mary’s Parish carnival is quickly approaching. Each ministry has been asked to volunteer their time and talent to make this event successful. Please consider volunteering. Please complete the flyer in this packet and return it to school.
