plan, construction and managements.

주관)

Consultant, service provider 에게만 전적 의존하지 말고,

뭐가 필요한지 스스로 생각

Don’t fear change, 조직 구성원들 설득 필요

백화점식 서비스 나열도 좋지만, 다른 도시와 차별

성이 별로 없어진다.

지방정부는 결과물이 viable 한 건지, 그냥 팬시하

게 한 건지도 잘 판단 capability 있어야 한다.

plan project, my team proposed numerous

fancy services which seemed to be out of the

movie Minority Report.

송도 USP 때는 솔직히 상상력 펼쳐서 다양하게 했

는데, 실제 구축되는 건 극히 일부일 뿐이다.

Service provider: 서비스 백화점 나열 지양, deep dive

해서 실제 그 지역에 필요한 것, 특화된 것 발굴 필수

나도 다른 프로젝트에서 이런 함정에 빠졌었다.

기술적인 측면 외 도시 마케팅을 위한 킬러 서비스를 찾아내는 것이 중요하다.

Legal issue 잘 챙겨야 한다.

롱텀 프로젝트이다 보니, 기술적인 면에서 change

control 이 필수. 설계서 재검토 등 R&R, cost 산정
