Fringed Evening Bag Instructions Robyn Cockburn 2016 http://www.craftycarddesigns.com/ These designs & more available at http://www.craftycarddesigns.com/ 1. Print all of the sheets. I used 200gsm matte photo card stock for both of the sheets for the card. For the background I suggest plain paper or use co-ordinating cardstock of your own ( I used gold). The finished card fits in a 5” x 7” envelope. 2. Rough cut the pieces out and then glue the card front and back to your backing paper. 3. I find I get best results for the fringe but cutting along the bottom edges first. 4. Then I make the vertical cuts in narrow V shapes to remove the white spaces.
