SIOBHAN MILLER Award winning Scottish folk singer and songwriter Siobhan Miller performs her acclaimed fourth solo album, All is Not Forgotten. Her soulful and stirring renewal of traditional song has won her a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award, and the BBC Alba Scots Trad Music Awards’ Scots Singer of the Year an unprecedented four times. Recently featured amongst the star-studded 2022 line-up of Transatlantic Sessions, All is Not Forgotten was released to critical acclaim in 2020, achieving radio play on BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4. She is joined by acclaimed guitarist Innes White, Charlie Stewart on fiddle, and sought-after double-bassist Euan Burton.

CARA DILLONThis extraordinary Irish singer has been captivating audiences and achieving exceptional acclaim for over 20 years. She has “quite possibly the world’s most beautiful female voice” (Mojo magazine). Alongside a selection of favourites, Cara performs material from her new album Wanderer, a collection of moving songs recorded with her husband and musical partner Sam Lakeman. Every note and word sung with a passion and confidence earned through a life of experience singing traditional songs.

DOUGIE MACLEAN Dougie MacLean has developed a unique blend of lyrical, ‘roots based’ song writing and instrumental composition. He is internationally renowned for his song Caledonia, music for Last of the Mohicans and inspired performances. His songs have been covered by Paolo Nutini, Amy MacDonald, Ronan Keating, Mary Black, Cara Dillon and many other top performers. During the Covid19 pandemic his weekly broadcasts from his Old Schoolhouse (renamed a Global Streaming Theatre) reached almost 3 million viewers in 56 different countries. He has received two prestigious Tartan Clef Awards, a place in the Scottish Music Hall of Fame, a Lifetime Achievement Award from BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and an OBE!

BE BOP A LULA In 1960, American rockers Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent flew in from the States and were joined by British heartthrob Billy Fury for the UK’s very first multi-artist rock’n’roll tour.

Relive the raw excitement of these original tours, recreated and performed by some of the UK’s most talented singers and live musicians. From Cochran’s searing guitar riffs, Vincent’s menacingly moody stage presence, Fury’s soaring vocals and Holly’s classic anthems, Be Bop a Lula is a non-stop hits tour through the legendary era of 1950s Rock‘n’Roll!

Featuring the classics C’mon Every’body, Summertimes Blues, Peggy Sue, That’ll Be The Day, Be Bop A Lula, and many more!

MAIN STREET BLUES: KINGS OF THE BLUES Main Street Blues return with their electric Blues tribute to the three masters of the blues: BB King, Albert King and Freddie King. The show includes classics such as The Thrill is Gone, Born Under a Bad Sign, Oh Pretty Woman, Hideaway and many more.

To create the exciting sound of electric blues, Main Street Blues has expanded its usual 4-piece line-up to include a fantastic brass section and backing singers.

Expect a joyous evening of great music which will get your feet tapping.

OH! CAROLTHE STORY OF NEIL SEDAKAThe songwriting genius of Sedaka and Howard Greenfield will go down in musical history as one of the most successful partnerships of all time.

Packed full of hits such as Calendar Girl, Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen, Breaking Up Is Hard To Do, and of course Oh! Carol, masterpieces made famous not only by Sedaka but also other well-known performers like Connie Francis, Tony Christie and Tom Jones.

This talented cast and their phenomenal band take to the stage to bring you a show dedicated to celebrating these giants of the pop world.

YOUNG CLASSICAL ARTIST TRUST SHOWCASE The Brunton and Young Classical Artists Trust present a wonderful showcase across 3 performances.

These three stars of the future met at The Kronberg Academy and as well as being brilliant soloists are committed and passionate chamber musicians. Their three programmes offer some of the greatest music for violin, cello and piano including Schubert’s great E flat trio.

Each of their programmes includes music by Gabriel Fauré, as well as a work by one of the great German masters, Beethoven, Brahms and Schubert. Their music choices are completed by wild romantic Gypsy music by Ravel and nostalgic melodies from central Europe by Janáček.

The Moonlight Serenade Orchestra

THE GLENN MILLER & BIG BAND SPECTACULAR Celebrating the golden age of big band and swing.The Moonlight Serenade Orchestra musicians have credits ranging from 1920’s trad jazz, BBC Big Band, Jazz Funk and West End shows behind them. In concert, in addition to Big Band numbers, there are solos spots from a number of top notch musicians and fabulous renditions from star vocalists.

From playing under the wing of a Bomber at the American Air Museum to selling out their appearance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the MSO UK always hits the right notes. The Moonlight Serenade Orchestra UK’s musicians happily state that they are the hardest swinging band in the UK but don’t take our word for it, come and see for yourselves!

A night full of seductive songs and big band classics.Scotland’s number one Bublé tribute act, Michael Hastie, and record breaking Scottish Big Band Jon Ritchie & That Swing Sensation invite you to a night full of seductive songs and big band classics in a fabulous tribute to the Canadian Crooner and the era of swing. Classic hits such as Haven’t Met You Yet, Cry Me a River and Everything mean that this is one show that will leave you Feeling Good. Add to this Michael’s smooth, sophisticated vocals, charismatic personality and a record-breaking big band and it will definitely be a night to remember.

BIG GIRLS DON’T CRY Step back in time to 1963 and celebrate the iconic sounds of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.

During the 60s and 70s number one hits Sherry, December 1963 (Oh What a Night), Walk Like a Man and Big Girls Don’t Cry helped propel the Four Seasons and Frankie Valli to super stardom.

This internationally acclaimed show authentically revives the sublime harmonies of New Jersey’s finest. It showcases Frankie’s incredible falsetto, and features his solo hits like Grease, Let’s Hang On, Working My Way Back to You, and Who Loves You.

ALEX HODGSON Scottish songs, humour, stories and fun for all the family to enjoy.

Alex Hodgson returns to The Brunton from another successful tour of New Zealand to entertain on his home turf.

This must be one of the most genuine selections of heartfelt writing to enjoy this festival. There is something available for everyone, whilst showcasing old new and traditional songs and stories. This extravaganza of a show is both woven and entwined with fun, love and laughter.

With friendship at its heart, this deaf-friendly show explores the joy and confusion of navigating stations, airports and suitcases, and realising that home has to more to offer than you imagined.
