This plan sets out the principal health, safety and environment improvement activities to take
HSE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 2012
p p p y pplace in Friedlander Angola during the year 2012. It supplements the on-going HSEactivities that continue throughout everyday activities.The 2012 plan is based on 3 key themes that Friedlander aims to develop during this period.
These themes are:

Action 1: Top management will participate to HSE monthly site visits.
Action 2: HSE will be discussed quarterly at HSE committee meetings and monthly at Supervision
meetings.
Action 3: We will continue to develop and implement HSE procedures to ensure good and safe condition
of work.
Action 4: We will ensure that HSE Mgt system is effective and HSE information is accessible on every site
