In 1907, Frida Kahlo was born.She was born in a city called Coyoacan.Coyoacan is a city, just outside of Mexico City.Frida’s dad was born in Germany, while her
mom was a natural born Spaniard.

Early Childhood• In 1913 Frida Kahlo got the disease polio.
• She was only six years old.
• However, in the end she survived it.

Education• In 1922, Kahlo was enrolled in the
Preparatoria.
• Preparatoria was one of Mexico's premier schools.
• She was one of only thirty-five girls.

Another unlucky accident• In 1925, Frida Kahlo was in a tragic accident.
• This accident involved her getting hit by a bus.
• She was severely injured, but did not die.

Death• On July 6, 1954 Frida Kahlo died.
• She died of a suspected overdose.
