Q. How can I help with "Rebuilding Tradition-Building Our Future"?A. There are many ways to help:

1. Pray for the overall success of the Campaign.2. Help with public presentations as a host, greeter, or with food preparation.3. Pray that everyone in the Bethel Family will attend one of the Campaign Presentations.4. Help with publicity. We will use the newsletter, Bethel website, Facebook, posters, and

fliers to spread the news. Help will be needed with design production, and distribution.5. Pray about what God would have you give for His work in Lewes. When a number

comes to mind ask yourself, "ls it enough? Is it truly sacrificial?"6. Read the materials you receive in the mail.7. Pray about your gift again. Does it reflect who you are and what God has done for you?8. Give sacrificially. While the improvements we make will be made with brick and mortar,

glass and steel, carpets and curtains, they are being made to remove barriers to theaccomplishment of our mission, 'To make disciples of Jesus Christ for thetransformation of the world.

9. Pray that we reach our goat and for the contractor selection process.10. Practice patience. Construction is always messy, and there will be challenges. But... the

results will be worth it.11. Pray for the safety of everyone involved in construction.12. Celebrate: "0 Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!"

Q. What is the goal?A. Our goal is to raise $1,500,000 in cash and pledges. The exact cost of the improvements may

be a little more, or slightly less. We have solid figures for Stained Glass Window repair, as wellas the improvements to Fellowship Hall and the Sanctuary. However, we will not know thecost of new construction until the architect has completed the design phase, and the proposalhas been put out for bids.

Q. Will there be debt?A. Our goal is for this campaign to raise enough to cover the cost of all the improvements so that

at the end of the 3-year contribution period there is no debt. With campaigns of this nature, however, it is common for a church to have a construction loan because construction is finishedlong before all the pledges are received.

Q. Can we do it?A. This is the biggest undertaking by Bethel Church since the construction of-Fellowship hall in

1957. At that time Bethel's membership was 540 and the cost was.$150,000 which, whenadjusted for inflation, is $1.25 million today. Today we have 859 members to fund a $1.5million project. Can we do it? We sure can!
