HOW DO I OBTAIN A FREQUENT DINER CARD?

To obtain a Frequent Diner Card, please visit any of our Kneaders locations. https://www.kneaders.com/Locations

DO I HAVE TO CARRY THE PHYSICAL CARD WITH ME?

As long as your card has been registered, a physical card is not required. Simply tell the cashier the phone number associated with your account and they can look up your account for you. If your card is unregistered, you can register it by going to: https://kneadersfrequentdiner.myguestaccount.com/guest/register

I LOST MY CARD, HOW DO I GET A NEW CARD?

If your lost card was registered, you can visit any Kneaders location and ask them to complete a card exchange for you. They will locate your account using your phone number, and assign a new card to your account.

At the bottom of your in-store receipt, a portion of the card number will be printed. Please email us at [email protected] and include the 6-digits printed on the receipt and we can look up your account for you.

ADDING CARDS TO YOUR ACCOUNTTO ATTACH A NEW CARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT, BUT MAINTAIN TWO SEPARATE POINT AND REWARD BALANCES FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:1. Login to your account https://kneadersfrequentdiner.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin2. Next to your current card number, you will see a plus sign.

3. Select the plus sign and enter the card number you would like to add to your account.4. Enter the new card number and select submit.

I MISSED A TRANSACTION, HOW DO I GET THIS ADDED?

Please send a picture of the itemized receipt along with your 16-digit card number (located on the back of the card) or the telephone number (registered cards only) to [email protected].

I WENT INTO THE STORE AND THEY COULDN’T FIND MY ACCOUNT WITH MY PHONE NUMBER.

If a cashier cannot locate your account using the phone number, it is likely that your card is not registered. If the card has been registered and the cashier still cannot locate the account using the phone number, please email us at [email protected]. Make sure to include the 16-digit card number and the phone number associated with the account.

WHAT ORDERS CAN I APPLY TO MY FREQUENT DINER CARD?

On the bottom of your in-store receipt, it will show the last 6-digits of your card number as well as the point and reward balances. IS THERE A WAY TO VIEW MY TRANSACTION HISTORY?

Absolutely! To view your transaction history, login to your account and click “Transaction History”. This will show a list of transactions that your Frequent Diner Card was associated with.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY CURRENT REWARDS BALANCE?

At Kneaders, we want to make it easy to find your rewards/points balance. You can check your point balance in any of the following ways: • Ask the cashier during your transaction • Check the bottom of your in-store receipt

I APPLIED MY FREQUENT DINER CARD TO A TRANSACTION, BUT MY REWARD DOLLARS STAYED THE SAME, WHY IS THAT?

A $5.00 reward will not be earned until your point balance has reached 100. If the reward balance did not increase, this is because your points balance is still below 100. Check to ensure that your points balance increased, if not please reach out to [email protected]

I HAD 100 POINTS, BUT DO NOT SEE THEM ANYMORE, WHERE DID THEY GO?

Once your point balance reaches 100 points, they will automatically transfer into a $5.00 reward. Check to ensure that your points were converted to a reward, if not, please reach out to [email protected].

I HAD A REWARD, BUT NOW IT IS GONE. WHERE DID IT GO?

Either your reward was applied to a transaction and can be viewed in your transaction history, or the reward was not redeemed before the expiration date (one year from the date they were earned) and expired. Be sure to use your rewards before the expiration date listed.

I TRIED TO REDEEM MY REWARDS, BUT RECEIVED AN ERROR

I REGISTERED MY CARD IN MY BIRTHDAY MONTH, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY DOUBLE POINT DAY, WHEN WILL I SEE THAT?

If you register your Frequent Diner Card at any point during your birthday month, because of the way our data is processed, you will not be on the list to receive double points that month. Don’t worry though, we will make sure you receive double points on the first purchase of the following month, so you do not miss out. The following year, everything will be back on track and you will receive double points on the first purchase of your birthday month.

HOW DO I GET POINTS FOR PURCHASES I MAKE ONLINE AT ORDER.KNEADERS.COM, CATERING.KNEADERS.COM OR WITH THE KNEADERS APP?

Linking card on Kneaders App (must first be logged into your online ordering account) 1. Place all of the items you wish to order in the basket 2. Select "Review Basket" 3. Underneath the list of items that are in your basket you will find section titled "Rewards" 4. Click on "Link Rewards Program" 5. Enter your 16-digit card number

Linking Card Online 1. Go to kneaders.com and select "Order Now" 2. Login to your online ordering account 3. In the top-right corner, underneath "Order Contents", it will ask if you have a Frequent Diner Card 4. Enter the 16-digit card number and click "Link"
