The Jim Saunders Award

O This award was established in December of 2000 to commemorate the spirit of French teacher Jim Saunders.

O This is a partial scholarship for an immersion experience in a school-sponsored program to a Strath Haven junior or senior French student.

O The recipient of this scholarship shall display many of the qualities and characteristics which Jim Saunders exemplified as an educator and friend: perseverance, quiet strength, dedication to excellence, kindness and caring for others, a sense of humor and love for life.
