A) Undertaking from Reserve Category Students applying for

Free ship / Scholarship

Education for ______________ Class during the academic year 2008-09 hereby declare that I belong to

SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC Category student and I am willing to apply for Government Scholarship/Free ship. I

further declared that my family annual income during the financial year 2007-2008 is Rs.

_____________________ from all income sources. In case if my scholarship/free ship application form is

not accepted and sanctioned by the Govt. authorities then I am ready to pay entire fees prescribed for the

course.
