Market Summary
Past Markets: Private house building for customers from Romania, Italy, Spain, since 1992, over 200 houses built;
Present Market: Construction contracts in Romania and Germany;
Future Markets: Building Freenergy Houses in Villages from Romania, Europe and UK, where we already have business branches or/and connections.
Market Strategy Change
We have been working based on contracts, mostly for private persons who needed a house. The actual situation determines a major change in our strategy. We will build small residential areas with houses at affordable prices, not higher than £50.000 per house. These houses are sold fast in Romania, mostly through the government program called “Prima Casa” (“1st House”).
We will obtain much lower expense value by building multiple houses on the same place/construction site.
Problems
Conventional energy high prices, increasing every semester in Romania;
Still very high housing demand in our country, low offer;
Very high prices of renting houses or apartments;
High prices for actual houses on the market in Romania and Europe;
Low quality of houses built here; No offers on Romanian and EU market for

Building at low cost: The new strategy and technology allows us to build high quality houses at very affordable prices, up to 30% cheaper than actual prices on the market.– Heating system for small house blocks will
save up to 40% of the cost of freenergy installation for all houses.
– Additionally, we can adapt other high quality low priced renewable energy systems – through our Freenergy & Greenergy business concept.
Opportunity 2
Incentives: – “The First House” government program in
Romania allows many young families to afford buying low cost houses (priced not higher than £50.000).
– Every beneficiary of a house built with green energy receives £1200 incentive from the government.
– Additional: Real possibility at our 2nd or 3rd stage to get funds from European Union though NER300 funding program.

The Strategy
The key technology, concept and strategy on which our business is based on: #1 – Building basic freenergy houses that will be sold at £50.000 or lower price, with free space and with the option to add more free energy systems after buying it, when the budget will be available; #2 – Smart energy leasing program. No one is using the “Smart Renewable Energy Leasing” program in Romania yet; we will be the first.
Competition Romanian real estate market is relatively down
because of crisis and because of high prices. Houses priced low are usually low quality in
Romania. Good quality houses on EU markets are priced
very high, comparing with our prices.
Our company’s competitive advantages: Very high demand for low priced quality houses. Lower prices for the same quality of the house. Additional value through Freenergy offered. No, such concept on Romanian & European

Goal: Growth & Rebranding Objectives:
– Launch 1st Freenergy Residential Area with 8 houses on a 4000 square meters land, in the first year of operations (2013).
– Obtain an average per house gross sales of £50.000, in the 1st year of operation – meaning total of £400.000 annual sale.
– Launch new Freenergy Residential Areas annually for the next 4 years of operation, a minimum of 40 houses per annum.
– Revenue: 2 million £ annual sales by 2014.

Share Objectives– To rebrand the company and make
“Freenergy House” the preferred brand for European clients by December 2014.

Houses under £50.000 are sold fast in Romania. If needed, we can adjust prices slightly, also by adjusting a bit freenergy features to a specific house.
