• Getting the material/using the digital tools• Interviewing• Mainly the organisers as there were no other

people most of the time• M&S manager, however, he did not want to be

recorded and did not say anything• M&S employees refused to provide any information

organisers• One-sided view

• Video and Audio• Find a quiet place• Street near by• M&S (however, the organisers would not enter the

premises)

• Photos• Get a better and professional camera

• Digital Tools• Get an external battery • Bring iPad, not just your phone

• Interviews• Be more flexible • Interview everyone you spot

• Speak to the employees out of record • Call the M&S press office
