Welcome New Neighbors! We have lots of new families in the neighborhood! We hope upcoming spring events & the opening of the pool for summer will allow new oppor- tunities for everyone to get better acquainted! Welcome New Neighbors!
We have lots of new families in the neighborhood! We hope upcoming
spring events & the opening of the pool for summer will allow new oppor-
tunities for everyone to get better acquainted! There are many ways to get
involved, help out the neighborhood and meet new people!
This year’s Fox Chase Easter Egg Hunt was a great success ~ it was a beau-
tiful day and we had a great turnout! Thanks to Nicole Whittier for head-
ing it up & Lori Miller for volunteering to help hide eggs!
Clean out those basements, garages & spare bedrooms! Our neighbor-
hood yard sale is advertised in the local newspaper, signs are placed at
the front of the neighborhood & we encourage you to invite friends! Yard
sale day is also a great time to get out and meet neighbors!
Community Spruce Up Day! Saturday, May 20th
We have so many beautiful, outdoor spaces to enjoy from the amenities area, to the lake, open fields for sports & play, bridges & walking paths but we also need lots of help to maintain these areas for everyone. Our community spruce up day is a great opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of our neighborhood as well as to get to know others! Some of the tasks on the agenda this year include trash clean up, bridge repair, cutting back nature trails, perennial planting, hauling away damaged equipment, cleaning up & mulch-ing flower beds. Please meet up at the amenities area beginning at 8am. Refreshments provided!
Making Fox Chase Shine One House at a Time
As the weather warms and we turn our attention outside, the Architectural Review
Committee (ARC) encourages everyone to survey their houses and take corrective
action (i.e., cleaning, replacing, repainting/re-staining, etc.) as necessary. Look for:
• Faded or damaged shutters (unless the fading is severe, treating your shutters
with Armor All® can revive them)
• Stained roofs
• Damaged, dirty, or stained siding, decks, and trim
• Damaged, dirty, or stained mailboxes and posts
The ARC makes an effort to give residents an opportunity to correct issues on their
own; if an issue is discovered, a letter will be privately sent to homeowners alerting
them to issues which may require attention. If you require professional services,
such as pressure washing, coordinate with your neighbors. Many companies offer
discounts to homeowners when they provide services to multiple homes within one
neighborhood on the same day.
Be Safe, Courteous & Respectful of our Neighborhood & Fellow Residents
Please abide by the speed limit in the neighborhood at all times for the safety of others. We have many new families out &
about with young children, runners, bike riders and others enjoying outdoor activity, be mindful. If you have older children
riding their bikes or walking through the neighborhood on their own, please also remind them to be considerate, move to
the side of the road when cars are coming, refrain from walking or riding bikes through others’ yards or into driveways
without permission. We have seen a lot of trash on walking trails and in other areas more recently- We are all responsible
for picking up after ourselves when enjoying the outdoor spaces. This is common courtesy for each other, the en-
vironment and also important in maintaining the overall appearance and value of our homes. & neighborhood.
