Uploading your examples on the CRD Gateway using your MY ENRD account

• uploading information about relevant RD communication examples and tools into a publicly available database

• tools are provided by National Rural Networks, Managing Authorities, Local Action Groups, etc. from all Member States and uploaded on a regular basis

• each communication product is accompanied by a fiche: title, producer, publication date, main purpose, short summary of the contents and the intended target audience

Using MyCRD Gateway after Log in

1. Complete your profile filling in all fields;

2. Send an e-mail requesting Author rights to: [email protected]

3. If you are already myENRD user, apply the point no. 2 as well.

4. Click ADD NEW CRD GATEWAY CARD in MyCDR Gateway to

share inspiring communication materials!

• Save often if you edit online!

• Fill in all requested fields (validation and/or error messages in red appears for each)

• Choose from the combo menus as appropriate (e.g. country, keywords, etc)

Fill in Section 1

• Text boxes to fill in (each has a certain limits in character number): title, summary, main purpose, tehncical information, publisher/organizer name, partnership organizations , etc;

• Select/Choose from existing options: for keywords, country and RDP regions, target audience, type of organization, etc;

• Insert all address and contact details.

As you place the cursor in a text box you will see an indication showing the current character count e.g. Characters: 115/500

Please ensure that telephone numbers are in the international format: +xx (country code) xxx (regional code) xxxxxx (local code)

Fill in Section 2

• Up-load image (screenshot) of the material, as a jpg file;

• Up-load printed materials and videos;

• Up-load video in the VIDEO field use the following format:

– http://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEO-ID

• Save!

Once the card is ready, the uploaded information will be

assessesd and approved to become public.

Useful tips for authors:

• You can only edit cards that you have created & can not edit cards created by other authors;

• You can not delete cards you have created, only change the status to either "Being entered by author" or "Entry by author completed“;

• The name of the Author is generated automatically according to the name of the person who first created the card and saved it and to information in your profile.
