Fourth Grade Microsoft Excel Graph Starting in Cell F7 (Remember how we talked about Columns and Rows and that each one of the boxes is called a cell) type the data below. Make Column F bigger by going between Columns F and G, click and drag it to the right to make the column larger. Once all your data is typed highlight it by clicking in F7 and dragging your mouse down to F13 and over to G7-13. It should look like this – Click on Insert on the task bar at the top of the screen Click on Column and choose the first one listed (Clustered Column) Click on Move Chart on the Design taskbar at the top of your screen. Choose the New Sheet option and rename the sheet from Chart 1 to Ice Cream Flavors. Click OK. Click on the Switch Row/Column on the Design taskbar at the top of your screen. Click on Chart Layouts on the Design taskbar at the top of your screen. Choose Layout Number 9. Click on the label Chart Title and name it – Fourth Grade’s Favorite Ice Cream Flavors. When typing the title it will appear in the Formula Bar at the top of your graph. Press Enter when you are finished typing the title and it will appear in the Chart Title place.
