6Here is a strategy...

Original rockets/satellites (space assets) are mostly financed by the government but not by commercial.

Space technology has developed BUT did not commercialize.

nowSpace Industry in Japan

Mainly supported by foreign rockets and satellites.

Space devices

(Rocket/Satellite)2.7 Billion $

8.8 Billion $Satellite communication and broadcasting service

26.5 Billion $

User market46.5 Billion $

User market

Service

COTS

Domestic rockets and satellites are intended for R&D. It does not contribute to the utilization.

6Here is a strategy...

Industry financial structure supported by utilization business sales.

Boost the space utilization by providing an alternative to US/EU dominating geostationary satellites business.

Plan and prepare to start commercial geostationary satellite business in near future.

What about this?

Space AssetRocekts/Satellites

Return from new markets

Expand utilization by developing new markets.
