!Forward Progress will provide Web-based Live Instruction on LinkedIn, designed to promote and build the company brand, exponentially convert, and attract business relationships to reach goals. This training is online with guided slides and live demonstrations using the LinkedIn Platform Worksheets and a copy of the PDF slides. These will be sent prior to each class and email support will be provided through a Forward Progress lead trainer.!!

!MODULE SAMPLES

Social Network Basics (MOD-01) !This module will be used to familiarize participants with basic Social Network principles as well as teach them how to use their learned network building techniques and how Social Networks actually respond. This process is an exceptional way to begin the offline to online translation process and help participants understand why they are performing the online activity in the following modules. This will also help them understand where to look and how to see contacts beyond their current network.!!!LinkedIn Basics (MOD-02)!LinkedIn has many areas to master that allow users to properly penetrate client, competitor, and prospect markets. The core skills taught to this point will be applied to the Social Network platform, LinkedIn. With LinkedIn having over 150 million professionals and adding over 3 million a month, it is important for participants to understand how to leverage this important business tool. This module will also allow participants to make sure they hold the corporate brand standards in their new accounts and are properly connected to the company’s pages to maximize network awareness among outside communities.!

!LinkedIn Profile Creation and Maintenance (MOD-03)!There are very specific best practices when setting up profiles that are critical to having LinkedIn work while you are not logged in. Participants will learn how to strategically outline their history to build supportive credibility for themselves and the company’s online presence. There are also critical settings that once enabled can ensure that key staff and industry persons of interest are picked up in targeted searches and network updates where a presence is needed. This is done through a very strategic and tactical session. Once the basics are set, the participants will learn how to maintain critical areas as they continue to achieve career milestones for the company.!!!LinkedIn Power Building and Online Conversion (MOD-04)!The art of Online Social Networks allows the user to gain trusted access into areas needed to find and penetrate key accounts. This module is focused on the art of not just finding accounts, but using those accounts to gain access to key decision makers. This is an ongoing practice that will yield continuous appointments, which will also add to building a significant pipeline. There are also some initial group building techniques taught here, along with learning to leverage the power of groups to also access key contacts and accounts.!!!LinkedIn Sales (MOD-05)!There are core areas of LinkedIn where sales can be found. It is important for participants to leverage these areas and master the use of their network to gain targeted appointments, prospect knowledge, and competitive awareness. Participants will be taught how to analyze their core sales pursuits and gain a competitive edge to accrue quality appointments and accelerate pipeline movement. They will also learn how to leverage recommendations and referrals to gain access into key accounts to maximize pipeline movement. Further, participants will learn how to have LinkedIn send them targeted leads that appear within their network on a weekly basis to promote inbound network lead generation.!

!OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL PACKAGES

LinkedIn Conversion (MOD-06)!This module will focus on taking online discussions to offline activity. While many are great at network building and finding strategic sales data, LinkedIn can also be used for direct conversion of appointments and pipeline movement. This module will teach participants specific skills to take online contacts to a quality offline sales discussion. This is a powerful juncture as the participants are setting hard appointments and filling the pipeline at an impressive pace from this activity.!!!LinkedIn Retention (MOD-07)!This module will guide the participants to hold their Trusted Agents or Key Connections within a routine based communication system so that they can efficiently know when sales opportunities appear within their network. There are several techniques shown here which help participants get into a time management online communication routine that allows them to be present and aware within the constant growing network of LinkedIn. While the LinkedIn network grows, so do the second and third level access connections which are not visible unless you are trained to see them. In this module, we provide the ability to visualize network connections.!!!LinkedIn Team Up (MOD-08)!This is a powerful area where teams get to leverage their power of online communication. With minimal activity, networks synchronized by team based activity can penetrate deeper levels of targeted accounts. Participants will learn how to work targeted discussions and manage the inbox and requests that will minimize their login time while using LinkedIn. Participants can also monitor competitive conversations to give them the edge when communicating with prospects and clients.!!!

!LinkedIn Search and Rescue (MOD-09)!There are many ground level discussions in LinkedIn where targeted users are asking for help and millions of requests go unanswered. Participants will learn how to identify key network contacts and make sure their team is a first responder to any client or ideal prospect related requests. This can be easily done once the systems are set up to monitor these areas. This process can manifest many great lead-ins to appointments and key account opportunities. It quickly builds trust and allows network access to target contacts outside the participant’s immediate network.!!!Work Plan – 20 Minutes a Day (MOD-10)!Time Management and the use of online Social Networking is a balance that is critical to accruing key appointments, adding to the pipeline and closing business. This module is designed to engage the participants in their work week and allow them to control their very specific outcome based activity, yet limit their login time to 20 minutes per day. Based on the mutually agreed objectives, your coaching team will then meet during scheduled coaching sessions to ensure that all business goals are met or exceeded. work on the assignments provided. Any deviation or falter from these assignments could affect the outcome of this engagement. Your coach will adjust the plan as needed and ask the team to make their adjustments as well.
