Advantage over traditional methods– low acid pH and contact time during extraction 5- 10 min instead of 60-120 min. Highly quality of extracted pectin. Process exclude vacuum evaporation and use of large quantity of alcohol The technology is protected by 2 patents in Tajikistan, 1 Eurasian and 2 Industrial Model in Ukraine The advantage of C technique over typical process and other patents (DE 3041096 A1, EP 0426431 A1) was proved in the experimental pectin workshop of PAPO “Shahrinav”, Tajikistan The technological line of A & C and B & C were tested in the Pilot Plan using different local raw materials (Appendix 1).
