FORD FIESTA ST WING RISER 8 Pull the wing toward back of the car to detach the wing from the hatch. 9 Remove all locating and latching clips from the wing by sliding them to the side. 10 Attach the center risers to the wing with the provided M6 socket head cup screws. Tighten the screws slightly so the risers stays in place but can be moved by hand during adjustment. 11 Attach the right side risers to the wing with the provided #8 Phillps head screws. Do not use power tools. Tighten the screws slightly so the risers stays in place but can be moved by hand during adjustment. 12 Attach the left side risers to the wing with the provided #8 Phillps head screws. Do not use power tools. Tighten the screws slightly so the risers stays in place but can be moved by hand during adjustment. MATERIALS REQUIRED None TOOLS REQUIRED M8 socket wrench M5.5 (7/32) socket T20 Torx bit M5 Allen wrench Phillips screw driver Wire cutters Heat gun 1 Remove plastic vacuum hose from rubber adaptor on the top of valve cover (leave rubber adaptor in place). 1 Remove the antenna. 2 Remove the stop light’s screws. Remove the stop light. 3 Disconnect the wire harness. Disconnect the windshield washer fluid line. 4 Remove the trim caps. Disconnect the shelf lanyards. 5 Remove the left side wing screws. Do not use power tools. Using power tools may damage the threads. 6 Remove the right side wing screws. Do not use power tools. Using power tools may damage the threads. 7 Remove the center wing screws.

Pull the wing toward back of the car todetach the wing from the hatch.

Remove plastic vacuum hose from rubberadaptor on the top of valve cover (leaverubber adaptor in place).1

Remove the antenna.

2Remove the stop light’s screws. Removethe stop light.

Disconnect the wire harness. Disconnectthe windshield washer fluid line.

Line up the wing with the hatch and thecenter risers with the holes in the hatch.Move the risers if necessary. Use factoryscrews to secure the risers to the hatch.Finger tight only.

Line up the left side risers with the holesin the hatch. Move the risers if necessary.Use provided M5 screws and washers tosecure the risers to the hatch.Finger tight only.

Line up the right side risers with the holesin the hatch. Move the risers if necessary.Use provided M5 screws and washers tosecure the risers to the hatch.Finger tight only..

Remove the wing from the hatch carefullywithout changing the risers position.Secure the center risers to the wing firmly. 18

Secure the right side risers to the wingfirmly.Do not use power tools. 19

Secure the left side risers to the wingfirmly.Do not use power tools. 20

Install the wing and secure it firmly to thehatch.

Connect and reinstall the stop light.

Cut of 2 1/4” (60 mm) from the end of theantenna.

Place provided heat shrink cap over thetip of the antenna.

Install the antenna. Open the hatch andcheck for the interference. Trim more ifnecessary. If there is no interference heatcap with the heat gun to secure it to theantenna.

Heat cap with the heat gun to secure it tothe antenna.

Install the ntenna
