THE MALICIOUS PROHIBIT ION

IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO

PROHIBITIONTERRORISM DESTROYED the Modern Profes-sional Lawn Care Industry.

On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of Ontario imple-mented legislation for the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MA-

LICIOUS PROHIBITION of pest control products

An Exception Status was provided to golf courses, somesports fields, specialty turf, forestry, and agriculture in-

dustries that have employed the very same pest controlproducts otherwise prohibited for the Professional Lawn

Care Industry.

The legislation was implemented despite the fact that the

prohibited pest control products were still FEDERALLY LE-GAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.

Moreover, there were serious issues with the Ontario Minis-ter of the Environment, John Gerretsen, who was responsi-ble for implementing prohibition.

Gerretsen was INDISCREET with his CLOSE PUBLIC ASSO-CIATIONS with RADICAL and SUBVERSIVE EnviroManiac

Activists.

THE HORRENDOUS CARNAGE

IN THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO

DAMAGES to the Professional Lawn Care Industry were EX-TENSIVE because there were NO valid economical alterna-tives to replace the prohibited products.

VIRTUALLY ALL Green Alternatives were almost TOTAL IN-

EFFECTIVE except under very specific circumstances.

The Green Alternatives were BOGUS.

There were also questions about their TOXICITY.

Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Companies were UN-ABLE to provide adequate weed and insect control, andwere UNABLE to keep their customers satisfied.

In 2009, the Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry lost

over 300,000,000 DOLLARS.

In 2010, observers expected losses to reach 500,000,000DOLLARS.

By late 2009, 40 to 70 PER CENT of Professional Lawn Carecustomers were ANNIHILATED.

Because of PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, Professional Lawn

Care businesses were forced to TERMINATE many or mostof their employees.

By late 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS were UNEM-

PLOYED ( full time employees and summer students ).

In 2010, observers expected 8,300 to 12,500 UNEM-

PLOYED.

Because of PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, Professional Lawn

Care businesses, which at one time provided a good livingand some equity for eventual sale for retirement, becameWORTHLESS !

Because of PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, many multivehicleProfessional Lawn Care businesses were forced to DOWN

SIZE their operations to a single truck.

By 2010, there was a GLUT OF USEDEQUIPMENTFORSALE because of the DOWNSIZING and EXODUS of Profes-

sional Lawn Care businesses.

Several dozen companies were forced to exit from the mar-

ket by late 2009.

BUSINESS FAILURES ,

BANKRUPTCIES, AND ABANDONMENT

Within 36 months after the implementation of PROHIBI-TIONTERRORISM, observers expected 780 BUSINESSFAILURES or BANKRUPTCIES.

Unfortunately, the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS

PROHIBITION of pest control products guaranteed that noone would be able to buy or sell a Professional Lawn Care

business !

Because of the PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, observers ex-pected that many Professional Lawn Care businesses would

simply be ABANDONED.

Once Canada became an UNSTABLE MARKET, and a HAVEN

This was especially true for the Pest Control Product Indus-

try.

Canada no longer benefited from ANY additional investment

regarding new and advanced technologies in pest controlproducts.

The Canadian market was FINISHED as far as many chemi-

cal manufacturers were concerned.

Thats was it !

Game over !

Because of the PROHIBITION of pest control products,

these manufacturers were TERRIFIED at the prospect of in-

vesting hundreds of millions of dollars on the research and

registration of new and advanced products in an UNSTABLECanada.

These manufacturers abhorred operating in a Canadian

market made UNSTABLE by EnvironmentalTerrorism thatcould successfully PROHIBIT pest control products, despitethe fact that they were FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY

SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE, and ABSOLUTELY INDIS-PENSABLE.

Just like the companies that vacated the Province of Quebec

in the 1970s because of a new separatist government,chemical manufacturers planned their EXODUS from Can-

ada once PROHIBITION was fully implemented in Quebec.

STOPPING THE CARNAGE CAUSED

BY MALICIOUS ENVIROM ANIACS

In January 2010, the Green Space Industry outlined the list

of CHARGES against the Government of Ontario and theMinistry of the Environment.

The legal proceedings were organized by Jeffrey P. Lowesand MREP Communications.

Additionally, individual members of ProhibitionTerroristOrganizations also faced CHARGES under the Canadian

Criminal Code.

Space Industry through their CONSPIRACY to NEEDLESSLY,SENSELESSLY, and MALICIOUSLY prohibit pest controlproducts that are FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY

SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.

The DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE of these EnvironmentalBasterds is itself a form of TERROR against the Green Space

Industry.

As a reward for implementing EnviroTerror, these Basterdshave acquired some INFAMY, CELEBRITY, and POWER, and

have attracted MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to their coffers.

The DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE of these Environmental

Basterds has led to LOSS OF REVENUES, BUSINESS FAIL-URES, BANKRUPTCY, and UNEMPLOYMENT, inflicting TER-

ROR, DESPAIR, and DESTITUTION ON THOUSANDS of hap-less victims throughout the Green Space Industry.

These EnvironmentalBasterds are experts in AVOIDING
