Improved Operating Cash Flows

• Sharper focus on improving higher margin sales resulting in lower cash receipts in June quarter

• September quarter receipts decreased due to lower production to accommodate planned Nanjing expansion

• Expanded capacity will lead to stronger receipts in next quarter and to will continue the improvement in cash flow

• Review of all activities has led to a reduction in operational costs
