AIBA Accreditation is step 2 after your self assessment and involves a 2 hour coaching conversation with an AIBA accredited assessor. Together you will review your assessment results and discuss each of the competencies and what’s involved to shift your capability and thinking to the next level to help you advance in your career as well as your own professional development .
