• Major Role Minimum now applies to certain pay television programs.

• Improved non-discrimination and diversity language.

Other Provisions

• Increase in background numbers and transportation after night work for NY background.

• New sideletter establishes fixed caps (in lieu of case-by-case waivers) on number of covered background actors for programs made for the CW.– Union logo required on CW programs that use the

sideletter.
