Course Outcome:On completion ofthis course, the students would be able to know the different types of questioned documents, thetypes of forgery generally encountered, methods of their detection and examination, handwriting and gperritingidentification.

Module l: Introduction to Questioned DocumentsNature and problems of document examination, classification of documents, procurement of standard admitted,/specimen writings, care, handling, preservation and ma\ing of documents, preliminary examination of documenr,instruments and material used to prepare document.

Course Outcome:The students will gain hands-on experience in the different aspecs ofQuestioned Document analysis and analysis ofvarious impression evidences and fingerprints using various chemical and physical methods which are taught byway ofconduction ofpracticals in the Laboratory.
