Iron-man Club How to Join…• Attend 80% of the Summer Workouts/Camps• This means you must attend at least 20 of

the 24 scheduled summer workouts and camp practices

• If you attend all workouts this will amount to less than 5% of Your Summer time. NO EXCUSES!
