The CGA is a unique concept designed for the Ole Miss faithful that guarantees an array of unparalleled amenities and privileges over a ten-year period, beginning in 2015 and ending 2024. Outlined in the following pages you will discover that the CGA is an innovative way to provide long-term assurances to our loyal season ticket holders while also generating capital for the Forward Together campaign. The CGA guarantees that your required annual donation will not be subject to an increase during the term of the agreement. With operating costs continuing to rise, donation increases are very much a reality for everyprogram. The CGA provides donors with financial certainty from 2015 through the 2024 season.

Seating was surveyed from eight-to-nine SEC programs at sideline, midfield sideline and club level. In all three sections surveyed Ole Miss ranked among the lowest price per seat. After researching peer athletic programs and evaluating our current and foreseeable operating costs, we have determined that the new annual donation price-points sufficiently allow for the athletic department to meet its financial needs. Among the factors considered were price points from similarly situated athletic programs, our current operating needs and the valuation of the seats through 2024.

Capital gifts may be made in full or with equal annual contributions of 25% of your Capital Gift. Annual gift installments will be due July 1 of every year beginning in 2012 and ending 2015. Monthly donation plans are available upon request.

All those who return a signed CGA by October 7, 2011 will be awardeddouble priority points for their commitment (2/$100 contribution). Double priority points will be awarded for their entire capital gift as contributions made toward the pledge are fulfilled.

Those sitting in the following areas will be required to sign a CGA and make a capital gift: South Suites, West Skyboxes, Rebel Club, South Club, West Chairbacks, E, O, D, F and Bench-Back sections.

wHEN wIll THE ANNuAl PER-SEAT DONATION ADjuSTmENTS GO INTO EffEcT?

Donation adjustments will go into effect beginning with the 2015 football season. 2012, 2013, and 2014 per-seat donations will remain at their current levels.

wIll I STIll BE REquIRED TO mAkE AN ANNuAl DONATION AND PuRcHASE SEASON TIckETS EVERy yEAR?

Yes. You will still be required to make an annual donation to the Football Priority Seating Fund and purchase season tickets in order to maintain your seat priority. However, because of your donation guarantee, you can rest assured that your annual donation will not be increased during the term of the agreement.
