The 23rd Annual Kate Wolf Music Festival June 28,29,30 & July 1st 2018 Food Vendor Application Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the Kate Wolf Music Festival. This years line up is looking phenomenal including Keb’ Mo’, Indigo Girls, Martha Reeves & the Vandellas, And DiFranco, Joan Osborne, Tom Paxton, and so much more. In order to be considered, please print out the following page, complete the application, and include a check or money order for $1700.00 made payable to KWMF. A complete application must be received in our office by March 1st, and include a valid California Resale Number and a check for the full booth fees. All vendors must comply with all applicable heath codes. Please include a complete menu that lists all items you plan to sell. We will strive to avoid duplications, although that is not always possible. If you are accepted, your check will be deposited shortly after March 1st. Once accepted all fees are non-refundable. A copy of your Certificate of Liability must be in our office by June 1st. Coverages must include: Cumulus Presents, Inc, 7350 Fircrest Ave., Sebastopol, CA 95472 Backroads Productions, LLC, 7350 Fircrest Ave., Sebastopol, CA 95472, Dansun Productions, LLC, 1569 Solano Ave #300, Berkeley, CA 94707, and Long Valley Events, P.O. Box 337, Laytonville, CA 95454 If you are not accepted, your check and materials will be returned if you have provided a self addressed, stamped envelope. Otherwise all checks and materials will be incinerated. Returned checks will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. Vendors will be allowed one large (24’+) or two small vehicles. Anything over 24’ is considered a large vehicle, including vehicles towing a trailer. Additional vehicles will be charged an impact fee of $75.00 and $25.00 respectively. Parking passes are issued upon vendor check-in. Vendors will receive two full four-day festival passes. Please include the names for these passes with your application if you have them. Vendors will also have the option of purchasing additional three or four-day passes at a discount. If purchased before June 1st additional tickets will be $255.00 and $320.00 respectively. Otherwise all additional tickets will be sold at full face value ($315.00 and $380.00 respectively). All passes for names submitted will be available at Vendor Check-In at the North Gate to Black Oak Ranch. Black oak Ranch purchases ice at the best price we can find and resells it to food vendors. We rent a large truck for ice storage so it is available throughout the event. To assist us in making sure we have enough ice for your needs, please estimate those needs on your application. We do provide electricity for food vendors. Please be sure to quantify your electrical needs on the application. Vending set up begins at 8am on Wednesday June 27th. Camping is provided a short distance away from your booth space. There will be No Vehicle Access after 8pm on Wednesday June 27th. All vehicles must be out by 8am Thursday June 28th. The space provided is 10’ across by 20’ deep. We do not provide shade structures, tables, chairs, or anything else you may need. Please be aware that this is a rural venue and the landscape is uneven. Your booth may be in the sun for large portions of the day. It is hot, dusty, and dry. Come prepared.
