ISSUES STILL HAPPENING _landing site

Mostly, Plant can do perfect Job (HACCP) but only small people consider about condition in the first chain / landing site :

• Lack of sanitation :

- Water and ice

- Equipment and surrounding environment

- Unhygienic proses in miniplant

• Lack of awareness

- Only few people are willing to inform, assist and train them

• Difference demand of the buyer /country & standard from Government Make them keep doing what they are doing.
