Germs are invisible organisms.

They can be bacteria, viruses, or fungi. Some germs are bad… some are good.

Germs live EVERYWHERE. Remember, some are good, and some are bad… We want to keep our good germs and get rid of the bad germs…

How do we get rid of the bad germs???

Remember, you need to scrub your hands!

Water is not magic…

Use your soap and scrub!

(Do not forget your fingernails have a LOT of bacteria!)

Page 9: Food Chain

Instant hand sanitizer is a good substitute for soap

and water if you are not near a bathroom!

Pets tongues are NOT good substitutes for

soap and water! (yes… that is a

camel!)

THIS IS THE “T-ZONE”

This is how germs get into our bodies. We should NOT touch the T-Zone!!
