Private boxes

With breathtaking views across the racecourse, a Private Box boasts an intimate backdrop perfect for creating memories with your guests.

The range of 12 Private Boxes can accommodate parties between 12 to 20 guests, offering the option to relax and soak up the atmosphere right outside on your personal balcony.

Corner suite

Exclusive double capacity box to accommodate a minimum of 24 guests, up to a total of 60. Perfect for special occasions or corporate days out.

Flexible hospitality suites

We have a range of facilities that can be tailored for private parties depending on numbers and requirements. We can partition the first floor of the grandstand to accommodate up to 100 guests.

We also have the Tecom Lounge and Paddock Marquee available for private hire on selected racedays.

The Premier Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Winner Premier Grandstand with access to a superb trackside viewing balcony with panoramic views of the racecourse.

Across our various racedays you will experience a variety of service styles which vary from gourmet buffets to a set three-course meal.

No matter the size of your wedding party we can accommodate either a civil ceremony and reception, or just the reception in many of our suites.

Your ceremony can take place prior to the gates opening to the public ensuring privacy and intimacy, with grounds that are perfect for those all-important photographs afterwards.

Head up to one of our suites that boast trackside views for your wedding breakfast and traditional activities. Then once the thrill of the racing begins you and your guests will be entertained with seven* races to enjoy.

Must the celebrations stop there? Why not invite your guests to join you in your suite until the early hours with a band or DJ of your choice.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Admission ticketsYour hospitality admission tickets will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to your event. Your ticket is required for entry into the racecourse and your hospitality facility. Please ensure you and your guests display your ticket at all times during the race meeting.

Dress codeOur hospitality dress code is smart/casual, no torn jeans or sportswear allowed. At our feature race meetings, especially Ladies Evening, racegoers like to make the most of it and dress up for the occasion.

Dietary requirementsIf you or any of your guests have any special dietary requirements e.g. food allergies, please call us on 01243 543335 and we’ll be happy to arrange an alternative menu option.

HOW TO FIND USBy road: SAT NAV: BN18 0SY (Main Car Park), BN18 0SX (Centre Course) Fontwell Park is situated on the A27/A29 roundabout between Chichester and Arundel. Access to our main car park on racedays is from Fontwell Avenue (A29 towards Bognor Regis), the entrance is 300 yards from the roundabout on the right-hand side.

By rail: The nearest station is Barnham, trains run regularly from London Victoria, Portsmouth and Brighton.

Trains also run direct to Barnham from Southampton.

By bus: A shuttle bus runs from Barnham Station to Fontwell Park on racedays from two hours prior to the first race and immediately after the last.

By air: With prior permission, helicopters can land on the course on racedays. Light aircraft can land at nearby Goodwood (by prior arrangement). Fontwell Park recommends Elite Helicopters 0800 804 8812.
