The experimental model in mice shows what is seen in human disease.

They develop aggressive tumors and lung metastases occur more frequently in people with advanced cancer

Page 7: Folding sara sanchez r

The process of experimenting with mice allows scientists to track the progression of the disease, which usually can

not be done with humans because the cancer is diagnosed at an advanced stage

Using whole-genome profiling, the researchers were able to identify sections of chromosomes that had been duplicated or deleted in mice with cancer.

The researchers found in a few short stretches of DNA, a gene called nuclear factor I / B, which was associated first time with lung cancer.

The news has an important genetic approach because the develope of experimental techniques help, the new teorical bases that follow to stary of lung’s cancer in human subjets, makes interest to the new generation of research and extending the life expectancy of the next people affect.

The Hebrew University scientists have identified the molecular basis of DNA breakage, as a specific characteristic of cancer cells through individual DNA molecules.

After research, the results allowed to describe new features and regulation of DNA replication along the first sensitive regions that break in cancer development.

The results of the study described in fragile sites are regions that make slower DNA replication. To complete the replication of genetic material, cells activate mechanisms that are used to stress. As a result in the early stages of development, the cell does not respond to stress and DNA breaks.

Thanks to new technological advances, have been developed experimental models that have made the investigation take hold in the field of innovation. It is very important to the technique described in the news, because it supports the molecular approach and try to locate the topic of cancer from the observational point of view and structural analysis of chromosomes and DNA components, to be relevant in the medical field because improved laboratory tools in ensuring greater trust and confidence of the results.

The importance of developing new tools in the service of medical personnel lies in the opportunity to enrich the research as an essential component in medical work and also create new concepts of evaluation and understanding for the correction of human health.

Page 17: Folding sara sanchez r

The study of the molecular structure of DNA allows the medicine to begin a process of education and prevention in people with increased susceptibility and vulnerability to cancer.

Page 18: Folding sara sanchez r

The usefulness of such genetic studies to improve medical practice shapes and defines the impact of molecular biology and biochemistry in health sciences, as components of the theoretical basis in experimental phases any investigation
