Together, the FM team:•Reviewed district data of concern;•Reviewed district data wall;•Reviewed additional areas in which the district expressed concern;•Identified a Focus for Improvement; and•Reviewed portions of forms FM-8 and FM-9 for completion prior to today’s session.

Session 2 Overview

Today, the FM team will further identify assets in district infrastructure relative to addressing and sustaining change toward the district’s Focus for Improvement through an examination of the district’s:

– Governance;– Fiscal practices;– Quality standards;– Professional development;– Use of data;– Accountability; and– Family engagement

Session 2 Overview

Finally, based on the analysis of the data and infrastructure, the district will develop a theory of action and plan of general improvement strategies and activities designed to improve data related to the Focus for Improvement.
