This training programme was designed initially for a multinational industrial corporation in 2005
Assignment: to design a programme to train operations supervisors (production team leaders) in people management skills and train internal trainers to qualify them to deliver the training locally.

Objective of the training
To master the attitude and skills needed for day-to-day leadership
To be better people managers
To act more as intermediates between operators and higher management
To create an operations supervisors team

– Improving management skills

Participants have become better managers who focus on the organization rather than only on their own team.
