Howoften have you wanted to buysomething really special for ananniversary or a significant birthday?Perhaps you’ve been told not to bother
about a present, because they’ve got enough “things”already, but you’d still like to get them a gift ofsome kind. A bouquet of flowers, some bottlesof fine wine? These may look beautifulfor a few days or taste delicious at a mealbut they won’t last and will soon be forgotten.
My name is Helen and I write in rhymeFor birthdays, anniversaries or any special time.Stuck for a gift for that all important day?Want something that they’ll treasure andnot just throw away?Tell me why they’re special andwhat they mean to youAnd I’ll write them a verse that’s personalthrough and through!
I write poems based onthe information given to meabout the birthday boy/girl/ anniversary/ weddingcouple etc.The poem is unique, relating funny anecdotes, their nicknames, importantevents in their lives; all the things that areentirely personal to them.
I have had some wonderful responsesto my poetry and it’s a great pleasurefor me to capture a person and theirpersonality in verse. It’s fun! Eat, drink and be merry...
Far be it from me to encourage anyone todrink excessively over the festive period, but this time of year is often the time whensome of us are more likely to enjoy a littletipple or two. The thing is, do you know
your limits and what is the recommended maximumallowance for alcohol?
Well, the average man shoulddrink no more than 3-4 units perday and the average womanno more than 2-3. That’s fine ifyou know how many units arecontained in an average glassof wine or the odd shot or two -but do you really know?

Separating your finances
If you are faced with the difficult and emotionalprospect of a divorce or separation, try not to losesight of the importance of the financial side ofyour relationship. It is wise to seek advice and get
support early on if you are thinking of separating fromyour wife, husband or partner, as the financial matters willneed careful consideration.
For most people, their home is their greatest asset butthere may also be a pension and other investments toconsider. How and when you deal with assets duringthe breakdown of a relationship can have a big impacton how much is left to divide up when you reach a finalagreement.
For example, there can be tax implications dependingon when you dispose of investments. Pensions will alsorequire careful consideration as there are a range ofpossible options for divorcing couples – particularly whenthere are armed forces, police or civil service pensions.

important that damages caused by an accident canbe paid for.
Your car insurance policy will cover anything fromdamage to other vehicles and drivers to damageto yourself and your car. Every insurance policyis different, some are cheaper than others andtheir prices change depending on your personalcircumstances such as age, gender and experience.
This month let’s just look at the minimum requirementwhich is to insure your car with at least a third partyinsurance cover. This is the lowest policy available
The policy will only pay for damage to theother person’s vehicle and any medical
claims or injuries suffered by the occupantsin both vehicles but not you.
and covers damageto a third party (theother person) in theevent of an accidentthat is your fault. If youare in an accident concerning athird party, this policy will cover damages to that carand any injured occupants.
