• Report at the FET Center immediately within 3

days of relief from NAARM (by 20th March 2009

• Within reasonable distance from the FET Center.

• The village should be agriculturally diversified, preferably without urbanization.

• The village should be easily approachable

• It should be a small village (preferably less than 200 farm households)

• The village should not have been selected for FET previously (at least during past 3-4 years)

• Preference should be given to the villages adopted by the FET Centers

• Note: Record interactions and feedback for annexing the same in the FET draft report besides using them for suitably revising the report. All presentation materials used in the Village workshop should be used for FET presentations at NAARM and submitted to concerned FET faculty for evaluation

Payment of Honorarium to the FET Coordinator who assisted the trainees in village selection by visiting the village, helped in rapport building with farmers, attended village seminar, monitored day to day activities, arranged visit to development department etc. and evaluated the performance of the trainees. Received a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) from the Director, NAARM on account of Honorarium for the Coordination of FET activities. The details of the Coordination are given below : Sl.
