The Scholar Mentoring + Access to Resources & Training (SMART) Professional Mentoring Program at APIA Scholars aims to help facilitate virtual mentorship relationships between APIA Scholars and Alumni with industry professionals during their transition from college to career. Professional Mentors will provide their APIA Scholars with individualized support and guidance on how to access and advance their careers and advise on how to develop strategies for professional success. Virtual mentorship is facilitated in partnership with Mentor Collective . Provide professional guidance and support to APIA Scholars and Alumni and coach them through achieving their professional goals 1 meeting per month for 6 months After 6 months, you have the option to continue your mentorship relationship for an additional 6 months (October 2020 – April 2021) (April/May – October 2020) Bachelor’s Degree or Higher 5 Year’s Work Experience Virtual Training is Provided Coaching and Culturally Relevant Professional Development Resources Provided If interested, please sign up at https://apiascholars.mentorcollective.org/register/apiascholars/mentor
