All FLUIDCHEM Ball Valves are available in both Floating and Trunion mounted design. The standard supplies includes, Floating Ball design, where sealing takes place by allowing ball to move under pressure towards the down stream seat to achieve the positive tight shut-off. Trunion mounted ball valves are generally supplied for higher sizes and pressure class and for special services that requires ease of operation by allowing the seat to move towards the ball. All FLUIDCHEM Ball Valves are available with the choice of Single Piece / Two Piece / Three Piece design. Single Piece Ball Valves are suitable for eliminating external joint leakage to the atmosphere where application are highly critical, media is expensive and toxic for the environment and where joint leakage is not acceptable. Two and Three Piece Ball Valves are ideally Suitable for all kinds of process and utility industries with options of Full Port and Reduce Port.
