Installation Procedure - Risers (Red)Fluid Stone’s Limestone #40 Grit• Acid wash concrete to de-gloss (neutralize)• Power wash to cleanup• Apply Fluid Stone Primer• Spray or brush Fluid Stone’s Limestone #40• After steps complete, sand to soften look (as desired) • Apply sealer to protect

Installation Procedure - StepsFluid Stone’s Regular Granite• Acid wash concrete to de-gloss & clean (neutralize)(Apply ammonia or baking soda to neutralize acid. Leave on 1 hr. Test pH to confirm down to neutral (7) • Power wash to clean• Apply Fluid Stone Primer, wait 1 hour• Fluid Stone Grout Tape all areas needing protection from product splatter• Apply Regular Granite (To achieve 2 tone look – add small quantity tint to Regular Granite, to allow natural granite colors to blend for speckled look. • Apply sealer to protect

Installation ProceduresFluid Stone’s Limestone #90• Goal to remove the rough “onion peel” look• Power wash to cleanup• Apply Fluid Stone Primer• Sprayed Limestone #90 using hopper gun• Used a “Magic Trowel” (squeegee with rubber blade) to smooth out• Very hot day, had to spray water on surface prior to application to cool off

Comments• Owner wanted additional protection so that is why 3 coats. Most applications 1 or 2 coats. • Could have sprayed first coat, then sprayed a second coat and hand trowel while wet to create texture and patterns• Spraying the Limestone product gives it a “sandy” look

Installation ProceduresFluid Stone’s Limestone #90• Power wash to cleanup• Apply Fluid Stone Primer •Hand trowel 3 coats tinted Fluid Stone Limestone 90• After 3rd coat, sand surface with power disc sander with fine grit sandpaper for mottled, smooth appearance • Apply Micro-seal for protection

Installation ProceduresFluid Stone’s Limestone #90• Power wash to cleanup• Glued rocks in place• Apply Fluid Stone Primer• Prepared 4 pails of Limestone #90 with different tinted colors• Applied product from each pail in pattern while product was wet to allow it to blend together for visual affect.

Installation Procedure - continued• Dampen surface, then apply tint. Use sponge and/or rag to rub in first & then remove excess based on color intensity and mottled look desired (Popular Fluid Stone special effect technique beyond solid color.• Use stain or grout colored Fluid Stone to color grout lines (easiest to put base coat Fluid Stone first, tape, remove tape, grout color remains)• Apply sealer

Installation Procedure StepsFluid Stone’s Limestone #90• Power wash to cleanup• Fix cracks with appropriate products • Apply Fluid Stone Primer • Fluid Stone tape where grout lines desired(Locate grout lines over control joints and cracks to prevent reflective cracking of Fluid Stone)• Trowel Limestone #90 (Base color coat should be tone of final colors)• Remove tape 24 hours later • Prepare several different colors of commercial available tint
