Our technical team is supported by the most modern construction, calculation and simulation software, and is able to design the individual product/system by taking into account the complete system data and their applications, as well as for optimizations through the application of the Finite Element Method (FEM).

Engineering
All systems, sub-systems and plants are constructed in the 3D-CAD-System Solid Edge. The data are put at your disposal as STEP file for further processing.
The optimal selection of the respective components, by considering the system and application criteria, are the basis for mapping the schema of a Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
Finally, the system contains finished 3D drawings with dimensions, weight indications and complete list of components and spare parts.

Cost savings thanks to a meaningful optimization
By applying the Finite Element Method (FEM), weak points can be identified, and the components can be optimized accordingly. This will increase both efficiency and service life. This in turn leads to cost savings in the field of maintenance.

For the design and simulation of the various hydraulic accumulators, as well as the air, plate and tube heat exchangers, we have at disposal the most modern tools.

Coated bladders for the offshore area and the marine use
In the maritime use and in the offshore area, there are very high requirements related to coatings and colour treatments. According to the requirements, we deliver the hydraulic accumulators in a rustproof design, in chemically nickel-plated versi-ons or with special colour treatment. For example, for the maritime field with corrosion protection class C5-M according to the standard DIN EN ISO 12944.In-house we have a painter's shop to be able to respond quickly to customer request.

START-UP, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Re-certification and pressure tests - a huge relief to you!
We also offer you the commissioning of your systems. For recurring tests of pressure equipment, we carry out the pressure tests in-house or on site for you, by offering you our support in dealing with the responsible notified body for the recertification of your pressure equipment.
An excellent after-sale service for a long service life
The maintenance, inspection and repair works on site are part of our service.The regular check of the gas pre-charge pressure (P0) of hydraulic accumulators guarantees the functionality in your safety-relevant applications and ensures a longer service life of the hydraulic accumulator.With our maintenance contract we guarantee a long-term function of your system.
