The Wellbeing College offers a range of courses for people aged 16 and over who live in the Borders. If you are interested in joining with others to learn more about your mental health and wellbeing, develop coping skills and skills for your personal development please get in touch. You do not need to be referred or have a diagnosed mental health difficulty, and all learning opportunities are free. For more information visit www.wellbeingcollege.org.uk

NHS Borders Wellbeing Service offers support to people who are wishing to improve their health and wellbeing in one or more of the following areas: Being more active Eating more healthily Quitting smoking Mental health and wellbeing Our advisers offer support over 6 - 12 sessions where they will use appropriate skills and tools to help people make changes in their lifestyle.
