No product sold in the state for use in onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems may contain any substance in concentrations or amounts that would interfere with or prevent the successful operation of such system, or that would cause discharges from such systems to violate applicable water quality standards, section 381.0065(4)(m), Florida Statutes. The staff has reviewed the information provided in the M$DS, 96-hr LCsotoxicity test results, and laboratory results on volatile organic compounds for the products. The department has determined that the products, " Hungri-Bac and Unique Septic System Digester", are in compliance withs. 381.0065(4)(m), F.S.and hasno objectionto the useof the productsin accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Please be advised that all rules pertaining to the use of the products shall be observed and that there shall be no advertising of the products as state approved. Be advised that the department is not a testing agency and that this determination reflects only a review of the information submitted by you for compliance with Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code. The product evaluation does not investigate the validity of performance claims by manufacturers. For this reason, departmental acceptance must not be interpreted as certifying effectiveness, endorsing or recommending use of an additive. The Florida Department of Health also does not assume liability for any promise, guarantee or expectation from purchasing or using an additive. The department reserves the right to withdraw acceptance if product formulation or ingredients are modified after product evaluation by the department or subsequently found not to be in compliance with rule. This letter of product compliance is limited to Department of Health jurisdictional circumstances as defined in Chapter 64E-6, Florida Administrative Code and Chapter 381.0065, Florida Statutes. This letter is to acknowledge receipt of the information concerning the products" Hungri-Bacand Unique Septic System Digester " for statewide use in Florida. SEPTIt: FIELDS:

Treat with 1 quart (32 oz.) Hungri-Bac for smallfields, 2 quarts for large fields. Mix Wi~ 1 gallonwarm wa.ter, pour directly into septic tank jf possible.or into drain nearest tank and run warm water for 5to 10 minutes letting septic tank overflow into septicfield.

CESS POOLS:Treat same as septic tanks.

LAGOONS:10,000 to 100,000 Gallons 1 quart to begin and1 quart each week.

GREASE TRAPS:If your grease trap is up 10500 gallons you should,put 4 ounces of Hungri-Bac into 1 quart of warmwater and pour into the drain nearest the gra.lsetrap. Repeat twice a week. The best way to applythe product into the grease trap is through a meteringsystem. To do this ybu should put 2 quarts ofHungri-Bac into a 5 gallon bucket.
