IPL600 – Config Transfer

Used to transfer configurations and Firmware

– Configuration Files:

– C:\Program Files\Config600 3.0\Configs

– Firmware:

– C:\Program Files\Config600 3.0\Binary

– NOT the Firmware folder!

Enter S600+ Modbus address

Select the relevant communications port

– Serial

• Confirm port settings

– Default settings are shown – Do not alter

– Network

• Enter S600+ IP Address

If not at Cold Start menu, perform a cold start

Select required configuration

Select required slot in S600

Click Send

IPL600 – Config Transfer (binary.app)

Must be in Reflash Firmware mode

– Return to Cold Start Menu

• Bit P2 on P152

• Via 5 ‘System Settings’

6 ‘System Status’

• During a cold start, S600 copies the configuration file from Flash memory and replaces any on-line changes, you have the option of keeping or resetting the cumulative totals

• Warm start does not affect the configuration memory (SRAM)

• Click Send

– If new – enter name

Click Receive now

– Initiate Back-up
