NOTICE:Incorrect cables and seals may not provide secured weather protection. In outdoorinstallations, including the outdoor cabinet, use only tested IP55 class outdoor cableswith seals provided by NSN. This is also recommended for indoor installations. Storeall unused seals for later use.
Electrostatic discharge (ESD) may damage the modules. Wear an ESD wrist strap oruse a corresponding method when handling the modules.Overbending the optical damages the cables and can detach or damage the connectors.
Do not bend the optical cables beyond the minimum radius of 70 mm.
WARNING! Risk of eye damage caused by an invisible laser beam.Danger of eye damage from invisible laser radiation from the LTE BTS or WCDMABTS System Module and the EDGE Optical Converter Module optical fibre connector!Always switch off hte laser before detaching the optical fibre from the connector.
CAUTION! Risk of personal injury. The cabinets are heavy. Additional personnel or lifting equipment may be neededwhen the cabinets are moved, unpacked, or lined up. In addition, follow any localregulations applicable to the installation.

The cabinethas U-markings printed on the siderails in 1U increments. Check themarkings to determine the startingplace for module installation.
3. Slide the first module in.4. Fix the module to the cabinet with
screws. Tighten to 3.5-4.2 Nm(2.58-3.10 ft-lb).
5. Repeat for each subsequent module.6. Install dummy panels into the empty
slots.
NOTE: If the air guide plate in the vertical rack is not required for the configuration, it shouldbe removed.
NOTE: The air separator plate is required if the System Module or the System Extension Moduleare installed in the vertical left rack. Otherwise, use dummy panels in the empty slots.

For easier installation, do not fix cables outside the cabinet. This allows cables to be moved freely.
4. Route the cables through the opening on the sheet metal panel.5. Remove the blocking plugs from the entry block. Pull the plugs to remove them from the block.
Keep the plugs fore later use.6. If necessary, cut the rubber sealing the hole according to your cable thickness.7. Organize the cables to the top and bottom row and place the entry block center piece
in between the rows. Fix the center piece with left and right screws.8. Place the cables to correct slots and install the top and bottom rubber strips.
Block any unused holes with plugs.9. Push back the whole assembly to the entry box. First position it by the left hook,
then fix it with right-hand side entry screws.10. Route the cables to the right positions inside the cabinet. Suitable free length
