- Flamebar BW11 is a

specially formulated water-based compound, contains selected mineral filters

- With the thickness of approximately 1mm, has been successfully tested for international conditions - in excess of four hours duration.

Specifications : Ductwork tested to DW144 and/or SMACNA standards. The coating shall be of minimum 0.7mm thickness.

Fire rated ductwork constructed for ventilation/smoke extract systems tested to BS476 Part 24 (1987) and ISO6944 (1985) up to 4 hours Stability, Integrity shall be submitted.

Stability: The ability of the duct remain intact and fulfill its intended function for a specified period of time.

Integrity: The ability of the duct to remain free of cracks, holes or openings for a specified period of time.

Insulation: Max. average temperature on the external surface is 140C above ambient (and 180 degree C at any one point).

ISO – 6944- Stated in Hours for the Following Criteria

The completed system has been tested to British Standard 476 Part 24 (1987), UL Accreditation, LPCB and ISO 6944 (1985) and Local Test from Fire Department.
