SME Instrument Phase 1 AGRICOLUS DSS

We applied our Fiware experience acquired during the Agricolus Awareness project to the Agricolus DSS project

Our internal project team, composed by a EU PM and our analysts, worked on the business and technical side of the project

An external company of EU experts reviewed our project twice giving us some advices on how to improve the project

We failed at first attempt

For the second attempt reviewed only internally the project (changing less than one page out 10) fixing the weakness of the previous call

My two cents

Some suggestions Take the right time to prepare it

Know your product and your market

Test your idea with real life tests

Work with professionals in EU PM

Don’t give them the supervision on your idea!

Ask them to stress your idea from a EU Projs point of view

Be your worst customer, don’t be afraid to be harsh with your ideas

Study how you will protect the Intellectual Property (IP) of your idea

Enhance your numbers and show it in a clear way

Something can go wrong, fix it and keep trying!
