I’ve made amends / comments in red.

You will note the delivery rate on Seaton and Cockermouth is higher than you had forecast. This is mainly due to the delivery of affordable housing. We have no current plans to build out the permission at Netherhall Road, Maryport.

planning permission but which have not yet started development. For such schemes, we need to assess how many houses will be produced on an annual basis over the next five years from each development. In order to assist with this, I have attached a form for each of your developments within which I have estimated how many houses will be delivered over the next five years. Please could you have a look at the forms and let me know if you agree with what I have included – if you would like to change the data, please amend the form and send it back to me. There is also a comments box on the form – if you have any information which will inform our evidence, please could you complete this box. The five year delivery data will be made public as part of the Five Year Land Supply document – if you provide any other information which you do not wish to be made public, please make a note of this on the form. As part of this, it is required that we look at residential schemes which are currently being built and those schemes which have planning permission but which have not yet started development. For such schemes, we need to assess how many houses will be produced on an annual basis over the next five years from each development. Allerdale Borough Council are currently in the process of updating its Five Year Housing Land Supply. As part of this, it is required that we look at residential schemes which are currently being built and those schemes which have planning permission but which have not yet started development. For such schemes, we need to assess how many houses will be produced on an annual basis over the next five years from each development.

In order to assist with this, I have attached a form for each of your developments within which I have estimated how many houses will be delivered over the next five years. Please could you have a look at the forms and let me know if you agree with what I have included – if you would like to change the data, please amend the form and send it back to me.

There is also a comments box on the form – if you have any information which will inform our evidence, please could you complete this box.

I’ve made amends / comments in red.

You will note the delivery rate on Seaton and Cockermouth is higher than you had forecast. This is mainly due to the delivery of affordable housing. We have no current plans to build out the permission at Netherhall Road, Maryport.
